Our team

Kathrin Lichius is an experienced project manager with extensive expertise in development and strategy at Mercedes-Benz AG. As Head of Entrepreneurship Education at Startup Stuttgart e.V., she promotes entrepreneurial thinking and action in the LÄND and supports founders.

She also teaches as a lecturer at universities and colleges, focusing on teaching future skills to prepare students and professionals for the demands of the digital future. With her many years of experience in the automotive industry and her involvement in the start-up scene, she combines practical knowledge with innovative teaching methods.

As Germany’s first Smart Learning Ambassador, she is driving the transformation of traditional learning concepts towards interactive and technology-supported approaches. Kathrin Lichius is also a pioneer when it comes to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in everyday working life.

With her wide-ranging experience and commitment, she makes a significant contribution to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and digital skills in Germany.
